Our client, Veterinary Pet Insurance (VPI), established the Hambone Award to acknowledge the quirkiest claim of the year.

The award is named in honor of a VPI-insured dog that got stuck in a refrigerator and ate an entire ham before he was discovered, mildly hypothermic, and rescued.
