Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community Marketing Internship Program
RIESTER offers an internship program to two members of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community each quarter. As an intern, these individuals learn the basics of how an advertising agency operates. In addition, they gain many of the skills needed to fulfill the responsibilities of working in an entry-level position in an advertising agency. This training program will provide opportunities for them to work with several, if not all, of the departments at RIESTER. These departments include: Context Planning (also known as research and brand planning), Integration Management (also known as client service), Creative, Digital, Media, Public Relations, and Public Affairs.
This program will operate in conjunction with RIESTER’s University internship program, which consists of three sessions per year: Spring, Summer, and Fall.
